Seeking the light

I've had the privilege of working with thousands of individuals worldwide, both one-on-one and in groups, through Gazelle Partners, the corporate wellbeing business I co-founded, and my private practice. What stands out to me is that everyone struggles with something, to varying degrees. Understanding how your mind works, along with the impact of your genetics and environment, can significantly address these struggles.

I help individuals navigate back to their innate mental wellbeing by gaining deeper insight into where there experience is coming from and by getting curious about their true nature. In accessing their innate mental wellbeing more frequently clients find freedom from their mental distress, whilst

simultaneously accessing the gems of the mind such as wisdom, clarity, peace, resilience, confidence, creativity, and innovation.

Where needed, I also integrate genetic testing, nutrition, and lifestyle support to enhance performance, resilience, and wellbeing.

I've witnessed the power of listening with a clear, non-judgmental mind and create a safe space for my clients to get curious whilst I ‘walk’ alongside them.

Ways We Can Work Together

There isn’t one “right” way to move through this kind of work.
Different seasons of life call for different kinds of support, and people come to me for many reasons — overwhelm, clarity, loss, transition, trauma, decision-making, pressure, or simply a sense that life has become noisier than usual.

When it comes to one-to-one work, here are the three paths people most often choose:

The Clarity Reset

A focused, eight-week container designed to help you move through a noisy or overwhelming chapter and reconnect with a steadier state of mind.

Four weekly conversations followed by two more spaced sessions, with gentle support in between.

For many people, this is enough to create meaningful shifts in how they experience themselves, their work, and the world around them

The Insight Cycle

Sometimes you need more than a short term reset. For people moving through ongoing challenges or wanting deeper peace and clarity over time, we work together in rolling 4-week cycles.

We meet weekly (or fortnightly), you receive follow-up reflections, and you have access to me on WhatsApp between sessions. After each cycle, we pause, assess, and decide together whether another cycle is helpful. This gives you continuity, depth and spaciousness — without locking you into long-term coaching

The Leadership Partnership
