The Way Home - Terms of Service

1. Agreement

The Way Home audio programme is provided by Anna Keeble Ltd (company number 12578456, registered office 3rd Floor, Chancery House, Leas Road, Guildford, Surrey GU1 4QW). By enrolling in The Way Home audio programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Access and Availability

Your access period will depend on the pricing option you select. The Essentials tier provides 6 months of access, while the other tiers provide 12 months of access. You will retain access to the audio content for the duration of your selected access period, after which access will automatically end unless you choose to continue in a future offering. I reserve the right to move the programme to a different hosting platform at any time. If this happens, you will continue to receive access for the remainder of your purchased access period, and you will be given reasonable notice of any changes to how you access the content.

3. Your Information & Privacy

Your personal details (such as name and email address) are collected only for the purpose of delivering this programme and communicating with you about it. Your information will never be sold. It is shared only with Hello Audio, the platform that hosts the programme and sends your access emails, and is not otherwise shared without your consent. By signing up, you agree to receive emails relevant to this programme. If you’re already connected to a podcast platform and wish to use it to listen to the audios, please provide the same email address used for that platform. I may at some point introduce a few initial questions that might help me shape future content but this will be only for my content creation purposes. 4. Content Ownership

All materials in this programme are the intellectual property of Anna Keeble Ltd. By signing up, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and listen to the content. You may not reproduce, record, share, or distribute the content without permission.

5. Refund Policy

Under UK law, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because you get immediate access to the programme, at checkout you agree to access starting straight away and acknowledge that you then lose this right to cancel. Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access upon enrolment, I do not offer refunds. Please only sign up if you feel ready to explore this kind of insight-led learning. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing. You can listen to the first audio session to get a feel for the approach and decide if it’s right for you.

6. Prohibited Activity

This space is built on trust. Please do not:

•          Share, resell, or distribute the content

•          Record, copy or transcribe the content, or use it with any AI tool

•          Attempt to access the programme unlawfully

7. Age Restriction

The Way Home will soon be available in two versions: an adult version intended for individuals aged 18 and over, and a teen/young adult version designed for those aged 14–20. By signing up, you confirm that you meet the age requirement for the version you are purchasing. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf before you enrol.

8. Disclaimers

The Way Home audio programme is for educational and personal reflection purposes only. It is not therapy or medical treatment, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition. If you are currently experiencing mental health challenges or are in crisis, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional or medical provider. By enrolling in this programme, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own wellbeing and use of the material. I cannot guarantee any particular outcome.

9. Liability

I am not liable for any indirect loss, or for decisions you make or outcomes you experience as a result of using the programme. My total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
