The Way Home - Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By enrolling in The Way Home audio programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Access and Availability

Your access period will depend on the pricing option you select. The Essentials tier provides 6 months of access, while the other tiers provide 12 months of access. You will retain access to the audio content for the duration of your selected access period, after which access will automatically end unless you choose to continue in a future offering. I reserve the right to move the programme to a different hosting platform at any time. If this happens, you will continue to receive access for the remainder of your purchased access period, and you will be given reasonable notice of any changes to how you access the content.

3. Your Information & Privacy

Your personal details (such as name and email address) are collected only for the purpose of delivering this programme and communicating with you about it. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent. By signing up, you agree to receive emails relevant to this programme. If you're already connected to a podcast platform and wish to use it to listen to the audios, please provide the same email address used for that platform. I may at some point introduce a few initial questions that might help me shape future content but this will be only for my content creation purposes.

4. Content Ownership

All materials in this programme are the intellectual property of Anna Keeble. By signing up, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and listen to the content. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute the content without permission.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access upon enrolment, I do not offer refunds. Please only sign up if you feel ready to explore this kind of insight-led learning. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out with any questions before purchasing. You can listen to the first audio session to get a feel for the approach and decide if it’s right for you.

6. Prohibited Activity

This space is built on trust. Please do not:
- Share, resell, or distribute the content
- Attempt to access the programme unlawfully

7. Age Restriction

The Way Home will soon be available in two versions: an adult version intended for individuals aged 18 and over, and a teen/young adult version designed for those aged 14–20. By signing up, you confirm that you meet the age requirement for the version you are purchasing.
